fridge freezer Beko any experience? and how long to defrost current freezer?

am going to order beko ff, unless i hear from here to the contrary, have always had hoover but gone off them big time
current freezer packed up 8 months ago but now has huge block of ice! so it is working in that respect.
how long to defrost do you reckon?

It sort of depends how you plan to defrost it - I go for mine with lots of bowls of water out of the kettle, and a scraper, and it takes about an hour. On the other hand, if you don't have food to get back into it, I'd put down plenty of old towels and leave it to get on with it, which would probably take several hours for a big block of ice.

We had a Beko about 5 yrs ago. It lasted about 15 months.

just seen these, thanks, it arrived yesterday and my other one took all day and night and still wasnt done.
they knew it had water in it but luckily for me they took it

now have a large clean new empty fridge freezer.
cannot persuade dc's to come shopping.
