he should have priced it higher to achieve the 162500 as noone pays the full price. do they??

Voodoo, make sure you go back to the estate agent and let them know you can go no higher, but are genuinely moving in 8 weeks. They might reconsider. They might be thinking you will raise your price.

Morning all. Just off to a bookshop for dh's fathers/wedding anniversary/birthday present. He complained that my birthday, valentines day and mothers day were all within a month of each other, but the above are all in the same week!

ha ha we're all here merrily wasting time! couldnt face playgroup, too busy buying a hoose! and beef stew in slow cooker so not too shabby.
just a bit grey to put my washing out!!

oh yeah I have to get dh a cd for fathers day. he wants the new james morrison dont know what called.

have only had 9 replies to ds2's birthda party, so saw one of the other parents in theatre last night (was at work and saw one of the girls mum working to) so asked her if she was coming to his party as not had a reply and she "says" she didnt know about it and hasnt recieved an invite, now one of the others only rang me monday to say he could come but she had only got the invute that day, when i gave them out at the beginning of the month (well nursery have given them out for me) so i now have to give out more invites in case nursery have forgotten to give out the invites or lost them or something, i have to confirm numbers by next monday so i hope they rsvp asap!!!

on night shift again tonight, i really have had enough of working now and wish i could win the lottery or something...

My nursery does that. Invites don't get there and lounge at the bottom of bags.

dd had her first 'big' hair cut today.

All the curls have gone, she now has a very sleek bob - very cute and grown up (but a bit at losing the curls)

im so tired my eyes are stinign, but every time i get in to bed the fecking bleep goes off and i have to traipse all the way back to my dept again. so im not sitting on the reception surfing,

we just had great do for dds 3rd birthday weather kept showering so had party indoors and dashed outside to play with the toddlers whenever we could. she loved her new swings
dh does not love having to dismantle them in about 2mths to move

party was great, she got lots of amazing pressies! including one of those kiddie digital cameras she LOVES it.

now I am knackered. And my period is mega heavy again.

i went out with my best mate last night to celebrate her finishing her degree (shes a social worker now! all grown up now at 32 lol)i was only gonna be an hour as didnt get a lot of sleep during the day, but ended up staying till very late. now have a hangover which i havnt had for a loooong time. too many cheeky vimtos i think.

been up at Loch Lomond today again.
took dd out on a loch cruise - she loved it!

dh off for a fortnight now, so hoping to do loads.
