I ask as I had what appeared to be a normal period this month - except for the fact that it was 10 days early. I'm NEVER early - and I know for certain as I mark it down every month.
OK so some background. I have a dd who was conceived after ICSI IVF (dh had a vasectomy and unsuccessful reversal) He does have some wrigglers just not what is considered "enough". We don't try to get pregnant every month, but we also don't not try iyswim. I was on cd17 when we went to see the IVF doctors in prep (trans vag scan / blood tests etc )of getting ready to start another cycle in the next few months. For some reason when the dr was doing the scan I looked really hard to see if there were any signs of a baby - don't know why, but I'd been feeling a bit "off" and tbh I was a bit caught off guard by my reaction to the scan. Decided I was just being crazy and then 2 days later boom my period arrives.
Since then I'm feeling all weird in my stomach. Its not at all in the lower abdominal area, more higher up. I have occassional stomach ache (like when you are hungry and then drink something cold and you get that achey feeling) sometimes I feel like I have a stitch in my side (again high up) and my intestines feel grumbly. I'm going to the loo normally every day (sorry -tmi!!) and the wind oh my! the smells would put the devil to shame
I've have had late afternoon queasiness too. I know that most of this could be psychosomatic - I ttc'd for long enough to know all the "fake" symptoms that you can convince yourself of.
I know I'll get a straight answer from mumsnet - "get a hpt" or for goodness sake "get an enema" lol!
