vodafone freedom packs? I cant get mine

I have topped up today and i am tryint to get a freedom pack but its asking for a 12 digit code. I did it over the atm so no code.

Teh money has gone on but its saying i can only get a five pack.

Can anyone talk me through this please.

is that the pack where you top up £10 but get £50 worh of credit?

if it is we had to call up first to get dh's current tariff binned then put on the new one.

Does anyone know when the texts run out on your freedom pack and you put another one on do the leftover minutes roll over or do they just disappear?

You have to use them up before you can get a new pack.

I have had to change as i hate doing this every month as it is more expensive that before.

i have changed to a voda 15 sim only plan and its going ok so far.

If you use up your minutes or texts before the 30 days run out then you are charged your normal rate. You can only have one pack every 30 days.

So if my pack expires on the 14th does that mean I can put a new pack on the 14th or do I have to wait until the 15th?
