Ikea online - can you cancel an order?

Ordered something online last night, ideally would like to cancel it.

Anyone know if you can cancel and if so how?

i didn't know that you could order online, just had a look and for delivery it will be £60. was only thinking of ordering some duvet covers.

Just had a nightmare time trying to cancel an online Ikea order. They are not taking phone calls (due to cov. virus), do not answer online chat, could not find email address. Finally managed through 'Manage and Track my Order' page. Hope this helps someone else.

I also need to cancel my order with Ikea. I ordered at the end of June and paid for it via Paypal. They said my delivery date would be 24 July but it still says 'we are preparing your order' I feel very let down by Ikea as they are normally so efficient. If someone could tell me exactly where I cancel I'd be very grateful! I have a shop which I'm opening soon and desperately need the lights to complete the shop fitting!!!
