really not a biggie but theyre lovely people and would want them to think i dont appreciate help. heres the story.
silly dog climbed silly wire fencing and got stuck at the top of silly cliff. being 38 weeks pg, i a) couldnt physically pull myself up the wire to get him and b) thought it mightnt be the wisest idea in the first place. so neighbours realise he's stuck and go to house at top of cliff and try and get him that way, climbing through all sorts of dangerous fencing, to no avail, so they come back and using step ladder and intense grip, they scale the wire and rescue silly panicky dog. so, what is sufficient to say thank you in this situation? i did actually say thank you and they said no bother at all, but im sure it warrants more than that doesnt it?
