west sussex police specifically. i would like to do this via an online form or e-mail is possible - can anyone with really good research skills find me a link?

any experiences will be useful too.

i have read an agenda item in a police document online that tells about complaints and what to expect but then there is no information as to how to complain.

i don't want to do it over thephone becuase iam a weak person and will say " oh ok then that alright that you took 4 days to respond to an assault on my son...thats pefectly fine"

i know all i will get is an apology - they have apologised over the phone but i want my complaint to be noted and further action to make sure this doesnt happen again is taken

any advice would be greatly appreciated

thank you

Here you are - this succeeds the old police complaints authority. Email addy and details of what you need to put in your complaint are half way down.
