Just booked the tickets!!!!!!!!!! Taking DD2 (3) to see the Gruffalo tomorrow afternoon. She is really excited. She has the story read to her at playschool loads as it is one of the kids favourite stories.

I can't wait either!!

Sparkler - Midlands.

SPARKLER1 · 26/04/2005 11:43

Which is your nearest theatre? Sorry I'm not very good at finding places.

NomDePlume · 26/04/2005 11:44

I;m in the Midlands (south), Cheltenham is the best date for us.

Mum2girls · 26/04/2005 11:44

no probs sparkler! Just had a look at the run list - all a tad too far away (i.e. over an hours drive). Ah well, maybe they'll do another tour.

NomDePlume · 26/04/2005 11:51

Cheltenham is only 25 mins from me, mum2girls. I guess you must be further north then ?

Clayhead · 26/04/2005 11:53

I'm going next month, hope it's good!!

NomDePlume · 26/04/2005 11:56

Hvae just asked DH via text of he can book a day off so we can go and see it with DD at the end of May

SPARKLER1 · 26/04/2005 18:22

We've been. It was fantastic. DD loved it. She was clapping and joining in with the audience participation of shouting and reciting the storylines. Aw and she's only three!!
She looked a little uncertain when the Gruffalo came out but soon had a smile back on her face again shortly after.
