Do you wash clothes before you donate them?
I do (mostly ) but rarely (if ever) iron them.
Now I feel bad...

Always wash, never iron (much like my own clothes )

So don't feel bad, I though most charity shops steam things anyway to get most of the creases out!

Yes infact have spent today washing and ironing things to take to the charity shop

Jackstini · 14/04/2009 23:11

Always wash, don't iron - they get all creased anyway in the bag/when sorting

I don't specifically wash them to donate them, but then again, they are washed and ironed already cos they've usually come straight out of the drawer or cupboard when I've been sorting out and I only keep clean clothes there.
