It sounds like your bra doesn't fit properly. Are you norks heavy if you don't mind me asking? Do you get backache?

Heathcliffscathy · 10/04/2009 23:00

me too. comes of being a g cup ime.

hifi · 10/04/2009 23:01

i have ff cup size, no back ache and get measured at john lewis who kit me out in huge hammocks. i think its the bone thas actually been worn away.

in fact have just scrutinised in the mirror and there's a definite dip.

This doesn't happen. Bones are tough, it's more likely to be your bra not supporting your norks. Have you tried a sports bra for some extra support?

hifi · 10/04/2009 23:02

maybe i need an extra halter neck fastening as well as a shoulder one.

i have a super absorber for when i work out,it has thicker straps and is more comfortable.

You can bend the clavicle though if there has been a prolonged weight on them. Try a sports bra.

hifi · 10/04/2009 23:05

only had big norks the last 6 years or so. dont know why they have grown so much as havent put on weight, wore a vest till i was 16.

OP posts:
FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 10/04/2009 23:05

not a bra like this, the straps are not wide enough so they don't spread the nork weight out.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 10/04/2009 23:06

this is better

Breast feeding and pregnancy makes them grow.

hifi · 10/04/2009 23:06

i really hate the granny bras, so used to wearing delicate ones.

hifi · 10/04/2009 23:07

i end up with a mono boob in those.

OP posts:
FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 10/04/2009 23:08

could try these

hifi · 10/04/2009 23:10

i will investigate. at this rate will end up looking like a none slip coat hanger.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 10/04/2009 23:10

yes, you may like nice pretty ones, they don't like you though and this is the result

hifi · 10/04/2009 23:11

lol, you are nearly right!

I know what you mean.

I used to play rugby as a hooker in the front row of the scrum. Used to get the grooves and all sort of odd depressions in the tops of my shoulders from the pressure of 8 men in front of me trying to push my head out through my bottom while another 7 men behind tried to stop them.

It hurt a lot sometimes.

I have heard that it is possible to get bras with wider straps - or some kind of strip/pad that you can fit to a strap. Not an expert but hopefully it is not causing you too much pain.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 10/04/2009 23:15

Ahh, but the OP doesn't like the practical ladies undergarments ABetaDad.

Can't you wear something sensible during the day and save the nice stuff for the evening ? This will help.

My mum has this - I go braless at home because I have heavy works and don't want the same thing. Can you get a strapless to wear ocassionally?

hifi · 11/04/2009 11:06
