On Sat 28th Feb I went out for the evening.
No change, so bought a ticket via my mobile that expired at 6am 1st March.
I got back to my car at about 11.30pm to find a ticket.
It took well over a week for the ticket website to even let me see my receipt, let alone print it for the parking people.
I finally did, posted it saying "look, here is my ticket".
Today I have a letter telling me that my ticket expired on 1st March, to produce more evidence or just send em my money.
It did expire on 1st March - which is fine what with them issuing me a soddin ticket on and dated as FEB 28th!!!
I now have to waste my time making a copy the original ticket, highlight the date for them, and write to them again.
I am tired and pissed off. This wouldn't have happened if their system worked.
