In need of cheeing up anyone on line?

Feel totally down today with everything, need some jokes or something to cheer me up. Anyone?

Guess I must need company and cheering up too, DH downstairs decorating, DDs fast asleep in bed, sick of this house that we have recently moved into, which looked fine when we viewed but now looks like a building site. Why you feeling down? Keep your chin up!

I've been feeling quite down recently as well. Feeling quite good at the moment though, think its the bacardi! Talking of decorating we started our hall before christmas and its still not finished because dh is working from 6 am until about 10 pm at the moment.

I live quite near to you perhaps we could meet up and have a big moan, I've got a friend at Ashford I could bring her too.

Dont know what to say to cheer you up! Know the feeling well! Going back to work tomorrow for a rest. DH put his foot in tray of white emulsion when his football team scored yesterday! I could have slapped him, but had to laugh too, especially when his precious mobile phone dropped into the paint. He couldnt see the funny side then and sulked for the rest of the day. Men, they are just like babies!

How funny was that, that has cheered me up about the mobile and the paint, men are big babies at times. Mine is very unhelpful at the moment.

Angiel, are you from Ashford then? I am in STanhope (), but have free travel on the trains so can go mostly anywhere that is not too far.

My dh is working nights at the moment. can be very lonely,
I only know about two friends from ashford. I have only been here a year.

Well Sabbath why dont you get together with Angiel and have some proper girly time, always seems to do me the world of good! when men get you down, head for the girls! Hope you are soon feeling a bit brighter. Oh by the way - the mobile phone no longer works, he always thought he was mr cool with his trendy little handset whilst mine is as big as a brick, so guess what? he has sulked all of today too! Men! I'd rather have a bag of crisps!

I live in Maidstone, but my best friend lives in Singleton. She has lived there about 18 months now and is very friendly, I'm sure we could sort something out.

I'm sorry I've just realised that it probably looks like I'm trying to advertise every site under the sun. It's really not like that, I think the bacardi has loosened me up a bit. I've just told my dh that I'm on prozac now, after about 3 weeks.
