nightmares are you knackered after sleep??

had a realllllllly long nightmare last night and am knackered ,feels like ive had no sleep.

Yes, the othrt night I dreamt I was a freedom fighter trying to save the world, and in another one I was stabbed by a drug addict because I had written a novel about him ?! So, yes I do wake up feeling completely knackered!

i was havin liposuction on my bum last night but woke up too early

last night 3 men were trying to ransack my house and i couldent stop them all at the same time ...also i slept on my arm so woke up with a painful 10 min till the blood got back errrr

I always seem to go through a phase of nightmares that seem so real. It's as if you are awake.

Very tiring!!! I've always been like this. I seem to be a person who suffers nightmares.

that new york dream was a weird one,,i have not been there ,,i was walking around trying to find where the twin towers had been ,so i could leave some flowers then i got into argument with very dodgy blokes selling lollies which i said were overpriced !! then was invited to gay wedding as a bridesmaid ,,sigh
