I have a dodgy packet of Pampers, how do I get in touch with Pampers to raise the issue?

I bought a big pack of Pampers from Boots a few weeks back. I bought the big ones 54 in a pack I think. Obviously I haven't kept the reciept as there was only nappies on it.

On the sticky bits that go on the waistband, there is a white bit, this keeps coming off and the pully bits won't stick on the nappies. 98% of the pack has done this , I was throwing them away but have now been keeping them, I only threw away the ones that were wet or soiled, the clean ones I kept to one side.
Now I bought 3 packets of these and this is the first packet of the 3 that i have bought. I am not happy as they are quite expensive.

I want to write to Pampers and explain the situation hopefully get some money back as obviously I have had a dodgy batch. It's only the white sticky bit on the tab that comes off the rest of the nappy is fine.

It's frustrating as yet again she's got up and the nappy has fallen down to her ankles. Sometimes I've not been as quick and she's weed as she toddled around, again the nappy had come off beforehand.

Does anyone know how could get in touch with Pampers?? and also Do I send the faulty nappies with a letter or wait until they ask me for them?

Just go back into shop with them.

shinyshoes e-mail them

They will send you a form and an envelope to send back a sample nappy, and then they will send you £10 coupon

I had a dodgy pack a few years ago they weren't sealed right and the stuffing coming out the top, this is what happened to me

Your contract is with the shop that sold you them, so you should always try to take them back there first of all. Even if you don't have the receipt they will often still give you a replacement.

When theis happened to me years ago I phoned the customer services number, they sent an envelope for me to send some back in and a form to fill out. Then they sent me vouchers for free packs, more than one! and also then regularly sent me money off coupons for a while.
