Quick question-Is America ahead or behind time of the UK?

What time would it be in America now?

Behind us - exact difference will depend where in America. East Coast about 5 hours.

Depends what part - there are 3 time zones I think. New York is about 5 hours behind and it gets longer the further west you go.

8 hours behind on the West Coast; 5 hours behind on the East Coast (of America that is).

California 8 ours behind, New York 5 ours behind. Although I'm not sure when their daylight saving starts so those may be an hour wrong at the moment if that makes sense.

Alaska would be very behind, but no idea how much.

So not as behind at the moment ie 4 hours to 7 ours behind.

They are starting summer time tonight.

Right now, EST is 5 hours behind us, but will be four hours from tomorrow until we change in three weeks.

EST (New York) is 5 hours behind GMT
CST (Chicago) is 6 hours behind
MST (Denver) is 7 hours behind
PST (San Francisco) is 8 hours behind.

Or even hours.

It is 7:50 am in Alaska
