i am currently pg with number 2 nd my bosses mum owns a clinic on harley street. we have been talking about what i would like to have done of money was no object.
was wondering what you would have done ( in fantasy land) or what ou have had done in rl.

any anti surgery thinkers need not apply

i would have my tits perked up but not enlarged and cosmetic dentisrty.

My lumpy nose made beautiful and my thighs reduced (greatly!!).

Lipo.... all over

Gnashers totally overhauled. they're a damn sight better than they were but I'd have them gleaming white and implanted.

And a tit reduction

A tummy tuck. 4 large DCs have put paid to anything like a flat stomach - if someone punched me they'd lose their fist in the rolls of flesh.

I have had my eyes lasered (for myopia and astigmatism) and a varicose vein removed. I once booked for a nose job but didn't go through with it.

I wish that I'd had my teeth straightened when I was younger (I wanted to, my parents were OK with it but we couldn't find a dentist in those days who thought it was worth doing). I suppose I should have had my teeth and nose done long ago...

I always wanted a nose job, hated it so much during my teens that my Mom said she would pay for me to have it fixed when I was 18. I discovered boys didn't mind it and never bothered. I still don't think it is my best feature, but it doesn't make me weep into my pillow every night anymore. It's me.

Oooh, teeth straightened and lumpy nose sorted - it's got a big lopsided bobbly bit on the end and I am seriously thinking of having it done.

I am put off teeth being done as I would have to have 4 healthy teeth removed and wear braces for at least 18 months. I am nearly 40, and think I would look a bit ridiculous wearing braces!

Ha ha I clicked on this because I was going to say "new bathroom and conservation-grade double-glazing would be nice"

Nose job if it was pain free (and if I didn't know that they drill the bone WITH AN ACTUAL DRIILL and then break it - Snap!)

Also boobs lifted but again only if it could be guaranteed pain free.

I'd have my teeth made all straight and lovely and white. Other than that - nada. Can't imagine being sliced at willingly for cosmetic purposes after 2 c-sections and the idea of silicone, botox etc disgusts me.

Hair removed. Hate shaving, hate waxing.

I'd reduce the size of my feet. Anything else I can live with.

I'd just have my teeth straightened, as unlike pretty much everyone else, I didn't have braces when I was little.

They're not bad, and looked fine in my 20s when everything else was good, but now I would like perfectly straight teeth.

I'd reduce my calves, if I could.
