evacuee clothes for girls...does anyone know where i can buy them in the uk online?

Not sure what to dress her in and wondered if anyone else knew of a site which can accomodate?

Is it for school? Just put a floral type dress and cardigan on her, tie a shoe box to a piece of string and that would do as gas mask box

Assuming for school...... They made gas masks from washing powder boxes? Year 4 I think?

Anything slightly too big and a dull grey or brown should do I would have thought. Skirt rather than trousers, thick grey tights, clumpy shoes? Google some images?

A skirt or flowery dress and cardi (knitted), socks and school shoes. Cover a small box with brown paper/paint it brow and attach a strap so it can be worn across the body. A label with her name on it tied to a button. That is all they are expecting. REally.

(If you don't have suitable skirt/cardi look in your local charity shop)
