parents of kids 10-13ish:How do you spend your weekend evenings?

Kids too young to be out with friends, too old to be tucked up in bed early?What time do the kids go to bed or up to their room? Do they stay up late? What's late? Do you watch family TV? Films? Play games? Ignore each other? Do your kids do a lot of sighing and saying they're bored?

she can stay up late if we are watching something suitable
if me and DH are watching a DVD or something that is not suitable, she will either play on the Wii in the conservetory or watch a DVD in her room with munchies

she is funny, when she needs to come through the room, she will cover her eyes and say"I'm not looking"

We usually all sit together watching a film' me on my itouch - if DS (14) thinks it's too babyish he'll go to his room for a bit then watch Family Guy or similar when DD(11) and DS2 (8) have gone to bed.
DD is usually asleep by 10 - 10.30 T weekends. DS1 10.30 -11 - but on Friday he had a friend staying and, after loads of embarrased hints and DH saying, they want to watch this by themselves, I left them to watch Skins.

quite enjoy it, its a cosy family time

kids might have a fight somewhere along the way
