Hi, It's my daughters 4th birthday on Sunday and I sent the invitations in to the nursery on Monday. It's a bit late notice as I'd forgotten about half term.
I asked the teacher to check the list and see if we'd missed anyone, and we had missed one little girl. I assumed all the other invites would be handed out anyway. She dosn't go to nursery on tuesdays and today when she went back to school we realised that none of the invites had been handed out as she was waiting for the other little girls card so they would go out together. She said she'll try to hand them out today or tomorrow. That's so little notice, I don't know how many will be able to make it. I don't know how much food to buy, party bags etc. We've invited 20 children and have 6 deffinates. I'm not sure what to do now. We've booked a puppet show, hired a hall, and ordered 20 haelium balloons. It just seems to be going horribly wrong and It's my first party I've done.
