Lovely here in Dorset, no doubt we will just get used to it and then it will get cold again.

eyeeye · 16/02/2009 15:32

you're not scared that it was blizzards a couple of weeks ago and now it's t-shirt weather then?

morningpaper · 16/02/2009 15:36

I have opened ALL my windows for the first time in about 4 months

Kbear · 16/02/2009 15:39

We have have been wandering round London today in bright sunshine and far too many jumpers and coats and now DS is in his camp in the garden in his t-shirt! Spring may well be sprung!! yippee

onepieceofbrusselssprout · 16/02/2009 15:39

eyeye I'm not scared, no. Imo our weather has always been changeable. It is probably around 8 degrees outside today, and on the snowy days did get up to 2 degrees in the middle of the day so not an absolutely massive change in some ways.

claireybeemine · 16/02/2009 15:49

It's great, my washing has dried fully on the line, my conservatory is lovely and warm and is heating the rest of downstairs and I was able to chuck the dc out in the garden this morning without dd complaining it was cold-they stayed out there for ages. And I felt the urge to clean earlier, spring must be in the air.

eyeeye I'm not scared by it, a) because the snow wasn't that bad here and b) it is still quite chilly out in the wind-it is just the presence of sun that makes it feel so much warmer. It's not really that dramatic a change, especially not for the UK, we always have changeable weather
