Crystal, just seen this thread and done a search to find your original one. Read it with total disgust. This woman should never ever be allowed to work with children again. How can you not have a cse against her? Your poor ds, not surprised you describe yourself as distraught. I have no useful advice to give you, but you do seem to have had a lot of that from other mumsnetters (aren't they a brill bunch when it somes down to it?!!?), so just really letting you know that I am in total agreement with you persuing this as far as is necessary to get some justice and 'closure' as the Americans say. Love and hugs to all of you xx

crystal - I read it and posted about it under the 'In the news' thread under 'nursery incident' on Tuesday - was awaiting a rsesponse, but maybe not many fread the 'in the news' bit!

sorry crystal - just caught up with your response - I'd stopped looking, as thought noone else may have seen it. I think you can guage our support by the fact we remembered all about it - as soon as I read it I knew it was a mumsnet mum involved. I was just SO pleased that the media had taken an interest and 'outed' the nursery. It beggars belief that you 'don't have a case'......surely that can't be true?
