Can anyone tell me where I can get something printed on poster sized paper?

I have made myself a year to view wall calendar that is portrait style rather than landscape. I've asked at kallkwik and prontoprint but they can't do it so I was wondering if anyone here knows of who might do it.

The file might need some formatting to get it to fit the size I'm looking for so I want a company that will help with that too.

I am looking at it being on paper that is approx 150gsm.

Can anyone help?

My dp's family run a printing business and they could do this sort of thing - have you looked up "printers" in the yellow pages?

Sadly it might cost quite a lot. Could you print it in sections then mount them on a board?

I did look but was rather confounded by the lingo and the few that I rang wanted it in PDF form and were very luke warm about doing any formatting.

I did think about printing small bits off but it would look über crappy and amateur and as it's in quite a prominent place I want it to look good.

When you say quite pricey what are you suggesting? I expect economies of scale apply but there's only so many year to view wall calendars a house needs (just 1 in my case!).

ah hang on- I used a fantastic man in Surrey recently for a Poster presentation that I had to do for University. He was very helpful.

I had designed it on powerpoint and it came out looking fab. Think it cost me about £16

let me find you his details.
