not sure where to put this. My email address on EX's sky account

I haven't spoken to or seen my EX for almost 15 months. Today I had an email from 'SKY' addressed to my ex and welcoming him to sky.

we used to have a Sky account when we lived together which was in his name but as he didn't have an email address we used my work one when we set up our 'my sky' account.

It seems that he has now set up Sky somewhere and Sky have set that account up using the old info they hold from when we were together, which is how I have suddenly out of the blue received the email.

I called Sky - they said 'oh dear, just ignore it' or words to that effect, but, no, actually i don't want my name or my work email associated with his account.

Does anyone know a number I can call to sort this out without going through the stupid call centre people who don't seem to have a clue!

log inti the account - as it's your email you should be able to request the 'forgotten' password, make sure nothing else is in your name, ie billing details and if they are change them, and change the email to his email.

Alternatively forward the email to Sky help explaining that your email address is being used without your consent and ask them to make sure nothing in the account is to do with you.
