What present will £2.50 buy for a 3 year old girl?

Suggestions please!! My DD1 was given £2.50 by her grandparents instead of a chocolate egg for Easter and we've told her that she can spend it on something she'd like. But what can you get with £2.50? All I've thought of is hairclips (but she refuses to have her anything in her hair so that's a bit pointless) or some bubblebath but that seems a bit dull.

She's got loads of books already so it would be nice for her to have something else. But I will suggest it to her.

And I'm definitely avoiding eggs as she's been given a fair few from other relations!

All the supermarkets had Easter soft toys - they'll all be half price.

Last week Sainsbury's had a nice 2.99 (half price last week) small bucket with a decorative rabbit garden spade and fork - nearly bought one.

• lots of arts stuff from under 50p to £1 a time
• plastic zoo/wild/farm animals for £1-£2 a time
• Learning to tie my shoe card - just over £1
• Jolly Phonics books - £1.50 a time
• Snap/ Happy Families cards - £2.50

necklace or bracelet or maybe even handbag? H&M, primark or claire's accessories should provide at least some options

Woolies has quite a few toys for £1.99 - dd's current obsessions are the tubs of playdough with a model of one of the disney princesses on top.

ingredients to make jam tarts?

small pack of pens or pencils? nice notepad?

Maybe if she buys her own hairclips/bobbles she will want to wear them?

Colouring book and crayons/pencils from Woolies?
