Aussie mums in the UK

Just curious - any other aussie mums living in the UK??

I am originally from Brisbane but have lived throughout Queensland. I have been living in the UK since August 2000.

Eidsvold, just wanted to say have a lovely trip. You must be going in less than a week? Are you all packed? If you are in Caloundra, my sister is the Director of the art gallery there. They are doing an exhibition of ballet costumes at the moment, should you want to drop in. Just a thought in case it rains (which of course it wont!!). Have a great time

Thanks everyone - one week and counting - not sure who is more excited - me cause I get to see my family and friends or dh cause he gets to go back to Australia and have a real holiday ( haven't had one in a while)

Dd's stuff is packed - I am almost packed and will do dh's on the day we go. have all of her in flight needs and entertainment sorted...

Jan we are in Caloundra - for a week we managed to get a good deal on a apartment in one of the resorts so our first week is at the beach... can't wait to see Dd in the pool in her little swimmers and her baby float!! I will keep that in mind - perhaps just a break for me to go to.

If you do go in to the Gallery her name is Sandi. Have a brilliant time. We'll be hard on your heels.
