It has been a tricky and uncertain year for me (and it continues to be) but on the positive, like Pruners, my ds seems to be turning a corner and is now so much easier to love as he is approaching 4 in Feb. I have found him really hard work since he was born but has become a very funny, charming, imaginative, loving and clever child. My dd is flourishing at school and I was a very proud mummy of a little star in the Nativity this week. The other plus is that I was accepted onto a Midwifery degree course and I am really enjoying the Psychology Higher night class I am doing. It feels good to get my brains working again.
