How do I get money from my PayPal to my bank account?

I recently made £40 on Ebay but it's gone into my Paypal account and am totally new to this so I have no idea how to use it?

When I spend money it comes straight out of my account so I assumed that the money would go straight into my bank account.

On your Paypal page there are options along the top, just above your account activity column. One of the options is withdraw funds, click on that, you have to confirm the ammount and the account then it will be processed.
Takes about 5 days to clear and there is a small charge for ammounts under £50.
