I bought a pushchair, car seat and cot from them on Thursday (bargain price) and paid for Saturday delivery; was supposed to arrive this morning. It didn't. When I rang the guy in customer services was v nice and helpful but could not actually tell me why the order hadn't been dispatched, only that it hadn't. He has re-arranged for next Saturday and hopefully we'll be getting some kind of small refund (certainly for the Saturday delivery charge!). Now I'm worried we're just not going to get the stuff. I'm 31 weeks pregnant so waiting another week won't make any difference (I hope!) but I find i'm more upset than the situation warrants - probably hormones.
Anyway has anyone else had problems with Boots? Should I be worried?!
