omg panicing top shop took £400 for a tansaction what didnt go through

my sister wanted a sheepskin coat yesterday i tried to order for her but kept saying at the moment carnt take payment. so she got later on her bank acc but today theres two payments out of my bank and now am over drawn iv phoned bank but they say its topshops fault i never recived an e-mail either to say it had gone through so now am skint what the hell do i do am in tears here

I did this once. Kind of. Made payment on tesco credit card for £900. !st time it didn't go through, 2nd time it did and I was overdrawn. Tesco covered the bank charges. I presume you've rung topshop customer services. What did they say?

I meant they took it out of my account twice when it should've been once

on the phone now she says its only gone once but bank says twice

well you have the proof that its gone out twice and if your bank say topshop have definitely taken it twice then it'll be in their records.
