Dp has just been to the park with dd as he is teaching her to ride her bike without stablisers.
DD has got the hang of it and this morning apparantly has been running after dd ( I say apparantly as I am at home in front of the fire mumsnetting and watching columbo)
A man stopped dp and spoke about how lovely it was to help a child to ride the bike. He then said to dp you need a bike, dp said we don;t have the money. The man then said I have a bike would you like to have it, it is brand new and just sitting in my shed and I would like to think of it being used.
