Baby Born / Baby Chou Chou- are the outfits interchangeable?

Does anyone know please, if a Baby Born outfit, will fit Baby Chou Chou. On my brother's advice I have bought my niece a baby Born outfit for Christmas, only now to be informed by my sis- in - law that the baby is a Chou Chou!

im sure you can as on ebay it has clothes that says baby born /chou chou so i would imagine that means that can be worn by both
