Does anyone else have a child with an 'I' width fitting?

What did you do? Longer fitting with insoles won't help as she has such a high instep.

Oh,OK then, any clues as to where I might start?

DS has very wide and high feet. We go to an independant shoe shop (Clarks etc never have any that will even go on his feet) and he gets Ricosta, Ecco, Baby Oop, or Elephanten. They never have any problems finding at least one style that fits perfectly
