Help me choose a new perfume - please?

My bottle of Opium is coming to an end and I've decided it's a bit 80's power dressing (you should have seen my shoulder pads!), and maybe I should wear something else. I also wear Champs Elysses.

The flowery ones like Anais Anais don't suit me. Someone at work wears Happy and it's lovely on her - but not on me. I keep trying testers but can't find anything that I like.

What do others wear? Is there anyone else who suits the "oriental" type perfumes? Help! I have some birthday money to spend and can't spend it!!

Well, surfermum, I bet you're more confused than ever now,eh??? Treat yourself to a day to a big shopping centre that has a House of Fraser/John Lewis first thing in the morning. Spray testers on tops of arms and bottoms-thats four fragrances-go for a coffee and a cake-do some shopping-have lunch-by then you will know the ones you dont like-repeat process-by end of the day you'll be so full that you will probably end up buying the first one you tried on!!

Have you tried l'Occitane stuff? They are really natural-smelling. I love 'em.

Try Armani Mania. It smells wonderful. I used to wear JP Gaultier, but this is my favourite. Very poular here in the USA!!
