Any Mumsnetters in the Netherlands? Need help to buy a gift voucher for Amsterdam-based nephew.

My about to be 17 yr old nephew lives in Amsterdam and I want to get him a voucher for Ticketmaster or similar in Europe so he can go to a gig. Unfortunately, ticketmaster don't sell Euro vouchers here and I am trying to make head or tail of Dutch ticketmaster and failing. Does anyone know how or even if I would be able to get him a voucher when I am based in London? Or any other ideas about what to send him?

Google Ticketmaster.nl, and the third entry down is the Ticketmaster Netherlands site, in English. If you go to help or FAQ it looks as though you can e-mail them to ask if they do vouchers. It doesn't look like it from what i read, but I was just scanning it.
