im trying to find in the search messages about the pictures of a 5 months old c-section scar

My doctor told me that there will always be some numbness as they have to cut through nerves and some never repair themselves again. At the moment I am numb at the top of my bum as well - not sure if that's normal.

Vitamin E oil can help fade scars.

Mine is 11 days old, doctor takes the dressing off tomorrow.... am a little nervous about how it looks! I don't think I'll look at those pictures quite yet!

Anyone else suffer any real discomfort after 2 years? I get pains like pin pricks all along the scar a few times a week, lasting a few hours. Its not unbearable, but I do worry that maybe there is something wrong.

jampots.. i am so pleased to hear that someone else has an overhang... i thought it was just me... need some of those trinny and susannah magic knickers... will it ever go???
