It's a job in a school, well not just any school - the one next door to me!! And I'm intrigued to know how much it works out at........

How many hours would the full time equivalent be?

Assuming 35 hours is full time and that 38 weeks is considered full time (which I would assume it is if its in a school).

£11.577 21 38 I think.

I also assumed that it was a pay band so that you would prob start on the lower figure and could earn up to the higher figure over time (or depending on experience).

most of the "full time" posts at the various school around the county seem to be 37/38hrs a week

If it were 38 hours, the salary for 21 hours would be £6,398 to £7,845
