The London Cycling Campaign have a list of bike hire shops on their web site.

I think London Recumbents does. Haven't tried them cos I live in Manchester, but have just been looking at their website.

We have a Burley D'Lite trailer which is not cheap (£375), but fab Feel free to ask any questions

thanks amazonian woman - not sure I'd really use it enough to justify one but like the idea of them! How much do you use yours?

I was training for a 600km charity ride in August so used it quite a bit - virtually all offroad though.

DD started reception a couple of weeks ago and I've used it twice to pick her up. If I can can get my act together I could in theory use it every day for the school run

Although what I'd really like is a Nihola but they're £££££

Also, you can get much cheaper trailers (around £150) if you're concerned about justifying the price. Edinburgh Cycle Co-op and Evans Cycles sell them around that mark I think.

We just bought one on eBay (a SpokeyJoe) for £63.95 (plus £9.99 postage), seller was grt104.
It's great, and ds1 (4.9) absolutely loves it. We use it for the schoolrun, just when the weather is nice though (we're fairweathercyclers ).

Oh sorry, they're called MTF enterprises.
