What do I buy a friend's 2nd baby?

Looking for inspiration for friend's second baby (not yet arrived so don't know if another girl or a boy) - her DD1 wants for nothing and seems to have more toys than a nursery so ideas welcome!

It's hard when people have everything and have another of the same sex isn't it/?

some nice baby clothes? I think people bother a lot less with second children and she may be relying on hand-me-downs. Oh and get something nice for your friend if poss
