Any Tamagochi "surrogate" mothers out there?

If so, I have a couple of questions....Dd1 has a Tamagochi Connection, so far we are on baby no.4, but they have ALL been boys. She really wants a girls. So if it starts as a boy will it always be a boy or do they change sex? And If I try and reset it, will she lose all her friends she's connected with? Here's hoping someone knows what I'm talking about!!

girls are white and boys black

so don't reset it just keep going

If you reset it you will have to go back to 1st generation.
RTKM I'm suprised you have not been driven mad by now, our lot have only had them since christmas and they are driving me bonkers

Where do you get them?

They seem to be quite hard to get. Finally got dd's from a local department store, but our local Toys r Us, Argos and John Lewis did have them albeit they are sold out now. I paid £12.99 for dd's and they are selling the same one on ebay for £24.99!!
