WE drove past and it is huge, we are going to the Bohemians concert tomorrow and will have a day there as well.

What can we expect?

used to go everyyear as a child - last once about 5 years ago. It is great! but having difficulty getting time off work then and now we have alittle one

Huge campsite(s) lots of traction engines and old cars, funfair, typical country-fair type events, food and beer tents, musical entertainment at night.

You have to really relax and get into it unless you are used to these type of events but it is brilliant!

We are not used to that type of event but we are looking forward to it, dd especially.

She has been telling everyone that she is going to her first rock concert tomorrow.

It's fantastic - we went every year when we lived on Blandford Camp. Loads of steam engines (obv)and as ummadam says all the other stuff at a country fair. Lots of really strange but nice people, dogs everywhere, real ale and cider, also lots of heavy horses. It's a really good day out

Lol at strange but nice people.
