Budget Wedding Dresses - help me with my internet search

A great friend told me today that she is planning her wedding for winter 2009. She is on a tight budget and I remember seeing a thread on here where someone linked to some lovely but not too expensive wedding/bridesmaids dresses. It wasn't a well known brand or chain of shops or anything more like a small business and i think based in south east. Does anyone have a clue what i am talking about or have any suggestions? She likes the idea of getting married in a coloured dress so is considering bridgesmaid/evening dress type dresses

you are not allowed to post an advertisement per se, but you can contact a board guide and ask if you can sell the dress on site. I have seen some before, but not too sure on protocol!! Worth a try!!
