Anyone used carhire4less or atlaschoice to hire a car?

are they any good, did you get your car?

I know someone who has just had a problem with atlas. They booked a car and after they had got the confirmation they were told the price had just gone up £70 and then the next day an email to add another £50....have never used them personally so don't know if its standard...they were stuffed as had left it really late to book so after complaining they paid up as they needed the car 48 hrs later.

i googled atlas and there were a couple of horror stories about them. We have gone with carhire4less as we could't find any bad reviews of them
