Is she covered by insurance? My mum's dog chewed through some cables in her new Toyota (under the passenger seat) and it wasn't covered. They said if it had been a squirrel she would have been.
So she rang them back and told them she'd never seen the dog do it, just assumed it was the dog (true) but that it could possibly have been a squirrel that she hadn't noticed Insurance paid up!
