What products or services could make a successful business now?

Is there any products or services that would make a successful business right now?

The only businesses I've seen first hand do really well are to do with dog walking, dog sitting and dog grooming. Not making a fortune but making a reasonable living I'd say. Also larger scale doggy daycare for 8am to 6pm daycare for dogs.

I was coming on to say dog walking. Dog paddocks, especially if you can offer stuff like agility or lure work.
