Does anyone else feel uneducated after reading threads on MN?

Since having children I seem to have the attention span of a gnat. I didn't go to university and am far too easily swayed by a good argument.

Some of the posters on here make me with their depth of knowledge, reading and analysis and their ability to argue a point.

Hats off to you - I've learnt an awful lot on here.

KateandtheGirls · 28/01/2005 17:56

Yes is the simple answer.

Especially on threads like "The Mark of the beast - will your kids be getting one?"

What???????

CountessDracula · 28/01/2005 17:58

No I am a genius

handlemecarefully · 28/01/2005 22:20

Nope - I tend to switch off and think they are being a bit pompous. Healthier for one's self esteem that attitude!

Well all I can say is I certainly knew nothing about Mooncups before mumsnet!!

Demented · 28/01/2005 23:07

MN has a habit of making me feel very thick!

Although I thank the book threads for getting me back into reading, always on the look-out for the latest recommendation.
