driving or train?

Train is trickier than driving really, but not impossible - would be easier to get to Hemel Hempstead, then change and get on the one straight into Euston - can be done in 30 mins. Taxi from Luton Airport to Hemel is about £20ish...

Driving; hop on the M1 south and keep going - will take 45-60 minutes to get to the end of the M1 which is in North London

I was trying to avoid driving because of parking and the congestion charge

I'm a bit of a hick

you can get a bus from Dunstable station to Luton , then the Thameslink train to St Pancras, or whatever they're calling it these days.

Phone Dunstable station for the times of the shuttle bus.

(Unless something has changed very recently)

takes about an hour

a travel card (which includes tube/ bus travel in ondon all day) costs £17

(this is all from the First Capital Connect website)

and, not tricky at all! Train from Luton to St P is direct and often only stops once or twice on the way!

Thank you
