Do you pay for internet in advance or in arrears. Also when did my contract end...when I request my MAC or when I actually migrated?

Just trying to owrk out how much AOL owes me in over payments.

I requested and received my MAC 25 March.
I changed ISPs 3rd April

I am liable for 28 days notice...when did this start 25/03 or 03/04?

I think it's 28 days from 25th March because that's when you gave notice. Which would take you to 23rd April or there abouts.

Are they still being little buggers?

no I am just trying to fill in the dates on my letter. I want to tell them accurately what I expect back IYSWIM.

Don't want to give them any excuses to keep faffing any longer than is necessary.
