Bolt charged me for a trip I didnt take and refuse to reimburse

I just installed the Bolt app before Christmas (have been usinh Uber for years but over December the wait time were quite long). I ordered a Bolt from South Ken to South London with my husband and daughter. Finally the Uber my husband had requested arrived first so I cancelled the Bolt in good time. Cancellation showed up on my app but later a charge for the completed ride plus a wait fee was charged to my credit card. When I disputed the charge I was told that their records show that the trip happened and so they would not reimburse me. I am furious because I did not make that trip with Bolt! I did it with Uber. Did the driver drive the whole way with a car with no passengers so that he could charge the ride?? And if so, how did he do it, given that I had already cancelled the ride?? This is outrageous...

One of many reasons my company (big multinational) refuses to reimburse bolt or gett fares. We can use local taxi firms, uber is absolutely necessary but bolt and gett are banned
