how much do we receive per child for child benefit?

Just looking through statements and have lost original child benefit letter

It is £15 something for the first child and £10 something for the second (This is weekly).

They don't overpay child benefit, it's a fixed amount, it's tax credits that are shite.

I get £175.60 for x 3 kids which is correct by what you've told me. i just couldn't find the letter and couldn't figure out how they worked it out. thankyou anyway.

No child benefit is the same amount for everyone regardless of income etc. You cannot be overcharged/overpaid.

yes, we've been "paying off overpaid tax credits" for over 4 uears now. i'm sure they haven't taken into consideration that the credits have gone up.
