DS goes to creche once a week at the leisure centre so i can swim etc. Today however when i went to pick him up the place was a tip, toys strewn everywhere and there were only approx 6 kids in there at that time, a kid had tipped his drink all over the floor beside ds and i was the one who spotted it, the same boy ws hitting my ds again only me to spot it and lastly there was a biscuit on the floor and ds has food allergies. When i said this politely to a staff she said 'oh we've been very hetic'. dont see that as an excuse.
Do i make an official complaint? Im worried that if i do they'll know it was me to complain (is i spoke to that woman) and make me feel uncomfortable that i cant take ds there
